Simply stated, buyers can choose exactly the plan they want and put it on exactly the home site they want. No longer will a buyer have to wait and compete for a few homes on pre-selected lots; with the Select Your Homesite Program, buyers have the choice of all available homesites.
Within some basic guidelines, buyers are able to choose their desired home and place it on their preferred lot thus allowing them to maximize the livability of their site and create the environment that best meets their landscaping, lifestyle and budget requirements. By giving buyers the power to match up their choices of home and site, it allows them to create the type of yard they want for a variety of uses like a pool, a koi pond, and gardens or play space.
